SPECIALISTS IN CATASTROPHIC INJURY AND DEATH CLAIMS

Expanded Case Information

Every case is unique. Please use the following as an example of the range of cases we handle, and the results achieved. Any result achieved on behalf of one client in one matter does not necessarily indicate that similar results can be obtained for other clients.

We think the best way to evaluate success at trial is whether the verdict is greater than the settlement offer.

Text:
7/22/95 - Plff, female age 36. Plff contended a jet ski hit her and kept going after she had fallen off another jet ski at Round Butte Reservoir. She could only identify a yellow jet ski ridden by a single male rider. Two independent witnesses later identified the make and model of the jet ski as a SeaDoo NX. Investigation revealed only 47 registered in Oregon out of 8,098 total jet skis. Witnesses also disagreed on colors of suspect jet ski and what the operator was wearing. There were inconsistent previous statements.
